Employee engagement high among Indians: Survey says Sachin Karpe. About half the Indian workers in a survey have said that they feel fully committed or engaged with their current employer. A total of 41 per cent of the respondents in the country said they were “totally committed” to their current employer, according to the latest results from Kelly Global Workforce Index titled ‘Engaging Active and Passive Job Seekers (KGWI). Across APAC (Asia-Pacific), the most engaged employees are in India and Indonesia, with the lowest being in Thailand.
